What is myeHealth?
myeHealth is a secure, web-based, self-service program. It allows the user to self-register for an account, manage their password and other account details (i.e. phone number, email address,security questions). Authorized approvers can approve account requests for their organizatons.
What features does myeHealth offer?
myeHealth has the following list of features:
- Register an account.
- Self service password reset.
- Retrieve a forgotten user ID.
- Update account details such as first name, surname, e-mail address and security questions.
- Password Synchronizer.
- View current application access.

How do I register for a user account?
- 1) Click the Register a new account link located on the home page
- 2) A registration wizard will appear. Complete all the required fields within the wizard.
- Note: If you have any errors the registration page will redisplay with the errors listed at the top of the page in red.
- 3) Click the Submit button
- 4) If there are no errors you will receive notification of a successful registration
- 5) An e-mail will be sent to you with your user ID once your request has been reviewed and approved. Please remember the password and security questions that you created in your account registration.
I am having trouble creating a password on my registration. Why won't it accept it?
1) For security purposes your password must meet certain requirements. Please ensure your password:
a. Does not contain your first name, last name or email address.
b. Does not contain the same character more than 3 times in a row.
c. Is between 8-16 characters in length
2) Your password must also contain 3 of these 4 requirements:
a. Lower case letter (a-z)
b. Upper case letter (A-Z)
c. Number (0-9)
d. Special character
I am having trouble creating questions and answers on my registration. Why won't it accept them?
1) For security purposes your questions and answers must meet certain requirements. Please ensure your questions and answers:
a. Do not contain your first name, last name or email address.
b. Do not contain the same character more than 3 times in a row.
c. Are at least 4 characters in length
d. Are unique (no duplicate questions or answers)
I cannot find my organization within the list provided. What should I do?
- 1) When registering for an account, if your organization is not found in the list, verify with your site's approver or enter Organization Not Listed
- 2) Complete the registration form and click the Submit
- 3) An eHealth representative will review your registration and contact you as required.
How do I sign in or out of myeHealth?
Sign In
- 1) Click the Secure Login button.
- 2) Enter your username and password.
- 3) Click the button or press Enter.
Sign Out
- 1) Click the Sign Out link located in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
- 2) Ensure you close your browser to complete the sign-out process.
I have forgotten my User ID. How do I retrieve it?
- 1) Click the Retrieve my user ID link on the home page.
- 2) Enter your first name, last name and email address
- 3) Enter the Captcha code
- 4) Click the Next button
- 5) If the information entered is correct, you will receive an email containing your user ID
How do I reset my password (I forgot my password)?
- 1) Click the Reset my password link located on the home page.
- 2) Enter your User Name/user ID and your email address.
- 3) Enter the Captcha code.
- 4) Click the Next button.
- 5) You will be required to enter the answers to all four of your security questions.
- 9) Enter your New Password based on the criteria listed.
- 10) Confirm your new password.
- 11) Click the Reset button.
- 12) You will get a message that your password reset was successful.
- 13) Click the Home button to go back to the home page.
How do I update my security questions?
- 1) Sign into myeHealth with your User ID and Password
- 2) Select the Security Questions link
- 3) Update your security questions and answers
- 4) Click the Update button
- 5) You will receive confirmation that the changes have been made
How do I view or change my account information?
- 1) Sign into myeHealth with your User ID and Password
- 2) Select the Personal Information link or icon
- 3) Make updates to User Info or Provider Info
- 4) Click the respective Update button in the section that was updated
- 5) You can also view your organizations, applications and assigned role with the applications
How do I change my provider details?
- 1) Sign into myeHealth with your User ID and Password
- 2) Select the Personal Information link from the menu
- 3) Under the Provider Info section, select your provider type and enter your license number
- 4) Click the Update button
- 5 This will add your CPN number to your profile for Chronic Disease Management (CDM) purposes
How do I select an organization?
- 1) Select your organization from the drop-down list on the home page
- 2) Click the Submit button
My organization is not listed. What should I do?
- 1) Select the Organization Not Listed link on the home page
- 2) Complete the registration form and click the Submit button
- 3) An eHealth representative will review your registration and contact you as required
How do I launch an application?
- 1) Sign into myeHealth with your User ID and Password
- 2) Select the application you wish to launch from the list of available applications
- 3) Click the Launch button
